NCPassTM is a weigh station pre-clearance program that is voluntary and provided by the state of North Carolina. The program allows participants the opportunity to bypass fixed weigh stations across the state of North Carolina.  International Road Dynamics (IRD) is the administrator of the program on behalf of the state. The program has been fully functional and operating successfully since October 2007.
